This page describes how to get help with Flutter Conf Latam Passport (“the App”): how to reach us, what response times to expect, and what you can solve yourself from within the App.

To help us help you faster, please include in your email:
- The email address you signed up with.
- Operating system version (iOS / Android) and device model.
- A short description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot.
Response time
We respond within 72 business hours. During the Flutter Conf Latam editions, response times can be shorter for critical issues (you can’t access your QR badge, can’t stamp an event, etc.).
Things you can solve from the App
- Edit your profile (photo, country, city, company, role, social links): Settings → Edit profile.
- Change the App language: Settings → Language (ES / EN / PT).
- Mark / unmark favorite contacts: personal, doesn’t affect the other side.
- Remove a contact: in the contacts list, swipe the row left and confirm.
- Edit an already-stamped event (workshops, talks, moments, notes, speaker, prizes): open the event detail and tap the pencil icon on each section.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. The action is permanent and wipes your profile, stamps, connections, photos, and badges. It cannot be undone.

Privacy requests
For specific requests related to your personal data (access, rectification, deletion, portability), please read the Privacy Policy first; if you need something handled manually, write to the same email.
Report a technical issue
If you found a reproducible bug (the App crashes, a stamp doesn’t load, a photo upload fails), include the exact steps to reproduce. That lets us fix it in the next release.

If you have ideas to improve the App or want to propose a new achievement, a new networking flow, or anything the community needs, write to us. We read everything that comes in.
